I know, I know, I'm supposed to stay away from sausages because they may contain nitrates which aren't great, but I'll take my chances considering I have them once in a blue moon.
Last night my hunny went out and bought sashimi grade tuna steaks and we had seared tuna and broccoli! Oh YUM! Could have used a smidge more wasabi, but what can't?
It feels good to mix up our normal routine. There is only so much egg salad, bunless burgers, and baked tilapia a girl can stomach. Now we're trying to break up the monotony which could be part of the reason my hunny is cheating left and right. I hope thats what it is and we can get both of us on track.
In the meantime I have a fridge stocked with fresh and frozen meat, steaks, sausages, chicken, fish, and veggies and I'm one very happy meat-lovin' gal!
Still cruizing at the same weight but drinking tons of water in hopes that I will bust through these three pounds I gained during my TOM and the cheat. I know it will happen, just a matter of when. I'm hoping for a big ole whoosh day!

Only had two and a half cups of coffee today and still feeling somewhat energized. 20 ounces into my 90 ounce day. Potassium pill, check (nasty leg cramps lately). Still cracking up about Zombieland, still laughing over last nights' Big Ban Theory....not doing too badly this week in general. Yay!

Its so hard with all that yummy food. Making meatloaf and meat balls tonight which will serve as lunches and snacks, then making sausage later this week, and the bacon-wrapped goodies for this weekend, and I'm going to try one of those Linda recipes for tuna/broccoli casserole. It looks good and getting some tuna into the mix would be good.
I also bought a bunch of chicken broth in hopes of coming up with a good soup or stew-type recipe for the winter. I'll let you know how it goes!
