I've been going to the gym off and on for a while but I'm recommitting myself to going daily.
Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then spent an HOUR doing strength training...ACK!!! Tonight I drag my hunny with me and make trip #2. I'll be doing more cardio...some bike, some treadmill and some stairs (eeeek!!!) I'm hoping to spend an hour and a half to two hours a day there, building lean muscles, burning calories, increasing stamina, etc.
I know it takes real dedication and I have a long way to go, but the more I do it the bigger difference I see and the more excited I get. I also just realized that Comcast has a section of saved videos with exercises on it. HUNDREDS!!! Pilates, Yoga, Striptease, Cardio..and its free...so, while I'm still unemployed I might as well be making the most of my insanely boring time! I'd rather spend it in the gym than on my butt in front of the tv.

I've been doing 2 miles daily on the treadmill and I feel like I should be doing more, but ANYTHING is better than nothing!
Again Bella..... keep it up girl! That dress will be falling off of you in NO TIME!!!
