Today is glorious cardio day! Yesterday I did an hour of weight lifting and 25 minutes of cardio, ate very well and am feeling really good. Still panicking about the dress fitting but spending a lot more time thinking about how well its going to fit on my wedding day. It has a lot or thick ribbon corseting in the back, so worse case scenario is that we retro fit the clasps to fit my larger size and then corset it up so no one sees. Livable.
Today I intend to spend at least 1.5 hours doing cardio. I will do 30 minutes on the eliptical, 20 minutes doing my special video, and another 60 doing cardio tonight at the gym with my honey. Spreading it out throughout the day makes it easier and helps keep my metabolism going strong all day.
Friday is that Zumba class at noon so I'm looking forward to that. So I think I will do Zumba at noon and then hit the gym for weights around 4pm.
I have a phone interview today at 2pm, can't forget that...need to remember...being unemployed is good for the workout time but its a real test of willpower in terms of food. Did I mention that sitting in the pantry right now is white bread, fresh french bread, bagles, pita pockets, and red velvet cupcakes???
FOOD IS FUEL!!!!
