This morning I'm pooped thanks to very little sleep. Didn't go to the gym yesterday because of sore muscles and cramping so I will be combining weights and cardio today. I'm leaving in about 30 minutes for the post office and then to the gym.
No breakfast but I had some lettuce with a homemade tuna salad for lunch. Looking forward to seeing some weight drop off this weekend...fingers crossed.
I think if I could take a guess I believe that I could fit into the dress by my wedding I would need to lose about 15-20 pounds. So...8ish weeks, 20 pounds is the goal...Oy! Less than 3 pounds a week but it still feels like a lot. Better get to the gym soon
