Still hanging around in the mid-high 220s. I know I'm doing everything right, eating the right things, working out right, etc. But at the end of 2 weeks of eating right, working out I am still stuck in the same weight area.

And I know, I've been lifting a lot of weights (1 hour every other day) and that muscles are heavier than fat so I could be simply replacing fat with muscles (my big goal) but it is still frustrating.

What's more frustrating? I'm coming down with a cold and its put a big damper in my routine. Today should be a weight day, an hour of weights and 45 minutes of cardio...and thanks to a bad crick in the neck and an overall feeling of exhaustion, I don't know what I should do. I'm sure that if I pushed myself I could still do it but I'm worried about doing more damage than good.

Perhaps I'll do yoga today at home instead. Its still exercise, good for the body, and not as hard on it. Today will be all about nipping this cold in the bud!
