I forgot to post yesterday and didn't realize it until early this morning. But I am checking in to report that I have completed the Shred DVD for day 5.
I don't know if I feel any different or if my endurance is better, but I do know I don't have to stop at all for cardio. I can also do 1 set of push ups (knees of course) without stopping. I guess that might be progress.
I have five more days to go, well actually four now.
