Well I think the weekend is going to be my rest time for 30 day shred. I seem to want to do this during the work week because I'm stressed. I'll update when I've actually done the exercises.

O.k. I decided to do level 2. It.Kicked.my.butt! I think I'm going to do this one for 12 days to even be able to get through the routine. I was dying and had to stop several times to catch my breath. I do like this one better because they have no stupid side lunges.
