I find that my face looks best at 135 and below. That's when all the round face disappears. But I have to take baby steps. I started in May of 08 and lost but I regained the weight back and then 12 lbs on top of that to add insult to injury.
I was eating waaaaay too many mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. I was also drinking full sugar sodas and eating chocolate chip cookies. The worst of it though were mixed fruity drinks. Those three things ballooned me right back up AND past my weight.
My first goal is 10lbs or 5.7% of my body weight. That sounds a lot more doable than the 10% of weight loss which would be about 17 lbs. I want to do 10lbs at a time!
