I don't know how I feel yet. I definitely do not want to do a long induction, but I have a goal of a 50lb weight loss and 42 lbs seems so far to go. I wonder if I can do induction for one more week and then move on to OWL. I know it is a personal choice, and I'll know if I don't really lose, or if I get bored by the food choices that it's time to move on.

I had started OWL rung 1, but thats where I left off. I want this time to be different. It's like I'm scared to go to the next rung. I mean I like the veggies on the induction rung the best. But maybe I'll figure it out on the way when I actually start doing OWL.

Until then, I'm still have 2 more clean days to go before I'll really make that decision.
