So today is Day 4. I didn't blog Day 3 as I was at work all day and too exhausted when I got home but I know I should blog as it seems to be helping.
The bad news today is that there was no change in the weight from yesterday which doesn't help my motivation. So on Day 4 I have lost 3 pounds.
I don't think I ate over 20 grams yesterday but I guess it's possible. I did eat some processed meat (pork, onion and tomato) as it was handy to have in the car while I drove. I also ate some chicken in tikka mayo which I'm not quite sure of the carb content. Will try to be more vigilant. Also I don't have a massive amount to lose so maybe it will be a slow loss.
I haven't cheated yet though I really wanted a glass of wine last night to recover from a really stressful day at work.
I still haven't managed to do any exercise but today is the day as I have signed up for the 20 minute challenge. There is a circuit round my house that takes about 50 minutes so I'm going to walk that in a while. I can't afford to join a gym but I'm considering going back to pilates classes which I used to do. Only thing is they are kind of expensive as well but I know I need to do something.
Hubby is still on the Sacred Heart Diet - he had lost 8lbs by Day 3 which is huge but in fairness he has a bit more to lose than me. We were both in good moods on Day 3 which was a nice change, though both of us had really bad breath which I now think my clients must have been appalled by and I'm a bit embarrassed.
That's all for today, hope the scales change tomorrow!! B.

Everybody's weight fluctuates from day to day so you might be down 3 pounds one, up 1 pound the next, etc. Some days you may be losing inches and not pounds, and believe me inches are a wonderful thing to lose! Don't rely on your scale, you'll drive yourself crazy. Stick to once a week, and make sure you measure, you will see the results for sure that way and it's not as stressful, I promise!
