Hey so it's Day 15 and I'm very proud to say I survived the weekend at home. I even managed to get through going to my mother-in-laws house without serious damage. My own home was very difficult as there were so many good things to eat and chocolate everywhere but I stayed strong and just got on with it.

Somewhat surprisingly I didn't drink either. I had promised myself a gin and slimline tonic but I felt if I had one my willpower might go down the drain.

Hubby was very good and didn't touch anything bad for him either although he is not following this diet. He was very grumpy about it though and family wondered what was wrong but it's worth it if it can make a dent in his large belly which I was starting to worry about.

So on Day 15 I am down a bit more and have lost 8lbs in total which I will take and be happy with as I have not done much exercise.

Going to keep going, trying to decide between extended induction and OWL so have a lot of reading to do on that. I still have 23 pounds to go so not sure what is best to do.
