Breakfast:
3 egg omelette, 2 slices bacon, 1 oz cheese, table spoon of single cream.
Lunch:
Tuna and full fat mayo, 1oz of cheese.
Dinner:
Steak, broccoli, mushrooms.
Total of 15g of carbs.
Gym for 40 mins.
First weigh in to find starting weight - a gross 204lbs - BUT - feeling positive I can - and will - get myself back under 160lbs. Ultimate goal is around 130-140lb. Here's to a slimmer future!

Only day 2, but couldn't resist getting on the scales for some reason.. and whoohoo.... 2lbs lost!
