Day 3, couldn't resist weighing myself again. Really, must tell myself not to weigh tomorrow as if I stay the same or gain, I'll feel awful.

I'm, still headachey which is a pain, but hoping that will pass tomorrow.

Today, I've eaten:

Breakfast:

2 poached eggs, 2 rashers bacon, 4 mushrooms. 1 coffee with single cream & sweetener.

Lunch:

Tuna & Mayo, 3 bits of celery.

Dinner:

Roast pork.. with the crackling (yum!), broccolli and asparagus.

In total about 15.5g of carbs

Husband is doing this at the same time and has shifted 7lb in 2 days (git!)

Feeling really full up tonight, hoping I didn't over do it today! Aiming to not weigh in until the end of week 1 now.

At least, I am below the 200lbs now! Yeah!
