Day 5, and I managed to resist the urge to weigh. I think it was fear that stopped me. Yesterday, starting Day 4 and 8lbs down was a wonderful feeling. I think, this morning I just didn't want to go to work p*ssed off if there was no change.. or worse.. a gain!

My husband weighed today, 3lbs ON.. Oh, boy was he miffed..!

Today I have had:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 rashers of bacon, 3 mushrooms & cheese - a yummy omelette!

Lunch: cold roast pork & salad

Dinner: 2 lamb chops, asparagus.

Only eaten 13.5 carbs today - just got carried away and now it's too late to eat.

Just squeezed in a quick 30 min workout - better than nothing I guess.

Now... can I resist that urge to weigh tomorrow....
