Weighed in this morning, and 11lbs gone..! Yay!
All week I've been eating the most fantastic foods, and have to admit.. no exercise! Been far too busy at work - but, next week definately back to exercising 4-5 times a week.
Only 3lbs left to reach my first mini-goal of losing a 14lbs (a stone to us UK dwellers lol).
Counting down now 8 weeks to my holiday - would love to lose another 24lbs - not sure if that is achievable... but, going to give it a damn good try!
