Years ago, I was very successful on Atkins but I let myself get way out of shape and allowed stress to get the best of me and made very bad food choices. My clothes were getting very tight and I decided to weigh myself. I cried when I saw that my weight had increased to 267. I am going to go back to the way of eating that has given me the most success - Atkins.
My goal is 180. I think I will comfortable at that weight and it is realistic for me to acheive.
