walking definetly works. I started out slow and now I'm up to about 10 miles a week. I also quick looking for the closer parking space and escalators and made more walking just a part of every day.
Yes it is. I think the second time around we just remember how easy atkins is ... however we forget that induction was not that easy. I think we also think since we did it before we can cheat a little ( kind of like we know that eventually we will be able to eat more carbs so why not now ) .... But it is just as important to do a clean induction the second time around as it is the first!!!
Do it clean and you should get the same results.
