Finally getting my walks in again and I love it. I hope it accelerates my weight loss a bit. I want to try to build up my endurance before the snow flies here, then I can join the gym again and get my walks and exercise in there.

Also using more flaxseed oil and taking rosehips. I have made other several positive changes that I know will improve my health in many ways. Going to weigh in tomorrow as I have decided to only weight myself twice a week.
