Had a good week - lost 3 lbs. I have noticed that the second time around my body is not so willing to give up the pounds I have put on. I think it is do to the damage I have done to my metabolism over the past 2 years. I have been concentrating on my weight lifting and building muscle again. And, also I have picked up some of my old interests again so that I do not allow myself to be sedintary in the evenings. Keeping busy and natural movement makes me feel so much better. Not doing the best on my Diet Pepsi intake, but it is far reduced from when I started Atkins again. I don't keep it in the house, and sometimes when I buy it, I only take a few drinks and that seem to satisfy me. Also trying the Chrystal Light On the Go mixes and they are a nice change to water. They don't seem to stall any weight loss. My total lose now is 12 lbs and I can feel it in my behind!!!! Love it!!!
