Been doing great and tonight I went out to eat and ate some bread. Argh!!! Just one small piece! At least the rest of my meal was low carb, small steak salad with greens and blue cheese. I should have never allowed the waiter to bring the darn bread basket, but I so busy talking to my friends it was in my mouth before I realized what I was doing, I think I ate it out of habit. Plus, I should be able to resist it and just move it to the other side of the table for other to enjoy it. Oh well, it won't be the last temptation. I will have to exercise more tomorrow.
