A little upset with myself for not getting in my exercise like a should. I wish I could get up early and just get it done with for the day, but I am not a morning person.

It dosen't help that is it starting to get chilly here in Minnesota and darker out early and I don't care to walk in the dark.

Next weigh in is on Saturday. Just trying to weigh one or two times a week and not making it a focus.
