I haven't lost any weight for 8 days. I know it is nothing to worry about, but there is nothing worse than the dreaded plateau. So it is more exercise this week, and making sure I get enough water, sometimes I just think I am getting enough, so I put a container with 64 oz of water on my counter and it needs to be gone by 6:00 this evening. If I drink too much later than that I have to get up in the middle of the night.

I also measured myself and I am happy with the inches that I have lost, my behind and hips are doing well, would prefer more off of my waste. My boobs have gone in size as well, actually I would prefer that just be back up to where they used to be.

My sweetie is out of the country for a couple of weeks so I can focus on myself. He loves to go out to eat and that can be challeging for me.

No more plateau - this week I am going to break it wide open!
