I wasn't the best girl during the Thanksgiving Holiday and didn't exercise like I should have but I am happy to report I still lost 2 lbs! And now I have officially lost 25 pounds! This has motivated me to keep on track to lose the next 25. My clothes are loose and I have so much more energy and actually take the steps at work instead of avoiding them. I think in about 10 - 15 more pounds I will be into some of my favorite old jeans! I am going to try to get to the gym 4 times this week and I need to increase my water intake again.
