Boy have I had a hard time sticking to my plan the last week. It is not that I haven't been trying, but the festivities that I have attended have not at all been Atkins friendly and I have had a few too many glasses of wine. I also have not been going to the gym like I need to. Today I have got back on plan and it started with a good workout and no problems eating like I should. The one food that I really miss is bread. I just love it, but found that when I cheated and ate it, I feel terrible. It was motivation enough to get to back to the Atkin basics. I think I will do introduction for a week and then get back to the level of carbs that works for me to still lose weight. My goal is to be under 200 pounds by my son's high school graduation. I am confident that I can do it.
