Plateau's are so Frustrating!
I have come to the conclusion I am in a plateau. I have been at the same weight for about 3 weeks. I know I hit the the Diet Pepsi hard and did have some endulgence over the holidays, I thought I was back on track. I worked out yesterday and haven't had Diet Pepsi for 2 days. I just need to stop buying that stuff! I really want to get into the 220's. It has been ages since I have seen those numbers, so I am going to be hitting the gym hard again and reduce my carbs and stay between 20 and 25, that is where I have the most success. I just need to get the scale moving again. The good thing is when I have dropped about 10 more pounds, I will be able to get back into to some of my old clothes and I can't wait!Tags: None
