The scale moved and I think I am out of my plateau! I have officially lost 30 pounds! I have not the weight as fast as I did the first time I was on Atkins, but I am please that I am losing it and feeling soooo much healthy with renewed energy. I am vowing to get into the gym more. I used to be such an athlete and I feel fantastic after I go, it just has to become a habit. I was watching The Biggest Loser on TV this week and I see people that have double the weight I have to lose and see their struggles with a trainer and someone preparing their meals for them. But what it comes down to is that we are each responsible for what goes in our mouths each day and how we treat our bodies. I am working on my emotional eating cues, and trying not to let me emotions ditate what I eat! Also, I haven't had a diet pepsi in 4 days! Now that is something to celebrate. Next goal is 229. I really want to get into the 220's because it has been 4 years since I have seen that on the scale.
