My weight is not coming off fast enought, because I have been cheating a bit on the plan and I need refocus. I am lost half the weight to my goal and know I can make it once I get back on track. No excuses, I have had to deal with a few bumps in the road, but life is always going to be like that. I had to put my beloved dog to sleep and for a couple of days used food to comfort me, but while thinking about what I was eating, I realized that it didn't tast good and it really wasn't comforting me either. I think I will wait a couple of days before I weigh myself.
