I've been away too long and I am afraid to step on the scale!
No excuses, I fell off the wagan and have gained some weight back. I need to get motivated again and get back to Atkins. No more bread and I have to exercise again. I got a bad case of platerfaciatis(bad heel pain) and stopped exercising. I have several stresses in my life right now and I need to put things in perspective and get back to a way of eating that has always been successful me! Here's to finding that motivation again. I am afraid to step on the scale!
