Breakfast:
Philly Cheese Steak w/ onions and mozzarella cheese
Iced Tea
(I really, really want a diet soda!)
Lunch:
Grilled Cheeseburger w/ mustard/mayo (no bun)
Grilled Turkey Dog (no bun)
5 olives, handful of red and green peppers
AZ Diet Peach Iced Tea (3 servings total so probably 2 carbs or so...it's made w/ splenda, I was trying for no sweetner but no other ice tea was available and I didn't want to cave in and have soda...I just didn't want water)
Dinner:
4 Taco Bell tacos, just the insides scraped out. (surprisingly filling, also my son, who hates the cheese and lettuce, gave me his, too, nice little salad)
Iced Tea
Snack:
no food, just water
My tummy hurt a little after dinner...not sure if it was the taco bell or just the protein at work.

Some places I avoid completely because there aren't many options at all..like any oriental type food and mexican (as you learned!). You have alot of different restaurants down there that we don't have here...you're best to check the nutritional info if theyhave it.
Tonight my husband wanted me to go to dinner at a fish and chip restaurant with him..now there's a place I'm definately avoiding! LOL.
