WOOHOO!!! One week down!!!

Breakfast:
Bacon
Left over veggies from last night's dinner (red peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Water

Lunch:
Left over chicken and veggies
Salad - lettuce tomato cheese, ranch dressing
Iced Tea

Dinner:
Stir fry chicken w/ peppers and onions
"faux" fried rice: fried cauliflower w/ green onion, egg, sesame oil, and soy sauce...a little weird but good sub for me, will not use as much soy sauce next time though (family hated it!! LOL)
