I have a mini goal today to drink at least 4 glasses of water...because that is a lot for me right now!

Breakfast:
4 boiled eggs, mashed w/ about a 1/2 tbls mayo and chopped bacon
Iced Tea

Lunch:
Antipasto salad: Lettuce, cherry tomatos, black olives, hard pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, italian dressing
10 extra small black olives
10 extra small cherry tomatos
Iced Tea

Dinner:
Sheperds pie (hamburger, onions, green beans, cauliflower "fauxtatos", cheese)
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, mayo)
Iced Tea

Snack:
Black olives
Iced tea

Unfortunately I blew my mini goal, didn't drink as much water as I wanted, but I did get a cup in...for me that's phenomenal! I'm working to it!!
