I can't believe it's been this long, I'm so excited at how easy this has been...I've definately got a new mindset, thanks all you low carbers out there, I couldn't have done it without you!

Leftover shepard pie (hamburger, onion, greenbeans, fauxtato's,cheese)
Fauxtato's (creamed cauliflower)

Lunch:
Chef salad - lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, ham, turkey, cheese, ranch

Dinner:
Steak (7-bone, fried)
Broccoli Salad (broccoli, bacon, cheese, mayo, vinegar, splenda)

Snack:
No bake jello cheesecake (sugar free jello, whipped cream, cream cheese)
