I've been so sleepy lately, not sure why...I have become suspicious that everything has sugar in it, I know it's not true, but lately everything tastes sweet to me...I think it's my guilty consciounsce because I caved and had a drink of my husband's diet pepsi the other night...it was awful, I couldn't even choke it down, but the desire to have a soda is there, I don't know if it's just because it became an addiction and a bad habit to just grab for one constantly, but I really don't even like the taste, so for now I'm looking for alternatives to my iced tea and water...I'm getting a little burned out.

Breakfast:
Left over Soeul Chicken
Egg Mc"no"muffin (egg, ham, cheese)
Iced Tea

Lunch:
Boston Market chicken
Creamed spinach (ate less than half the portion they gave me, I know it's high in carbs but it was my treat to me, I love the stuff, and I only ate about 1/2 cup)
Green Beans
Iced Tea w/ lemon

Dinner:
Chicken w/ taco seasoning sprinkled on it, and melted cheddar cheese (yummo!)
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, salt and pepper, no dressing)
