Wow, 14 days already, it's blown by, it was easier this time around than the last 500 times I've tried to re-do induction. I'm looking forward to tomorrow going into OWL, I have strawberries waiting in the fridge!

Breakfast:
Atkins chocolate shake
1 sausage patty
Iced Tea

Lunch:
Tuna fish (1 can) mixed w/ 1 tbls mayo, 4 cherry tomatos and mixed in to about 1 1/2 cups of iceburg lettuce
Iced Tea

Dinner:
Big n tasty from Mickey D's, no bread, little ketchup
Iced Tea
Chicken thigh, bone-in, cooked in seasoned salt and italian dressing

Snack:
Orange Jello no bake cheesecake
