I decided to have a diet coke, I know it's not a splenda soda, but I tried it, it's still so sweet to me, I like my ice tea so much more...so now I know I can have a diet soda every now and then, just not 12 a day, every day.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup blackberries
Atkins Chocolate Shake

Lunch:
Polish sausage w/ sourkraut, relish, mustard
Cesar salad w/ chicken (romaine, parmesan cheese, 1 tbls cesar dressing, whole grilled chicken breast, 6 cherry tomatos)
24oz diet coke

Dinner:
Meatloaf (hamburger, pork sausage, parmesan cheese, minced onion, eggs)
"creamed spinach" (butter, cream cheese, spinach, mozzerella cheese)
Iced Tea
