Southwestern chicken salad (lettuce, chicken strips, sw ranch dressing)
4 slices deli turkey

Dinner:
Spaghettiless spaghetti (sausage, tomatoes, garlic, spinach, mozzerella cheese)
Caprese salad (mozzerella and tomato w/olive oil, basil)

Snack:
Almonds (100 calorie pack, only 1 net carb)
Diet Lipton Citrus Iced Tea
Fuze low carb fruit punch

I think I had way too much cheese today, will watch that in future.
