Breakfast:
3 hard boiled eggs, mashed w/ grey poupon (about 1 tsp) and 4 bacon strips
Iced Tea

Lunch:
Salad - lettuce, tomato, 1 hard boiled egg, ham and cheese, ranch dressing
Iced Tea

Dinner:
Pork chops made w/ apple cider vinegar, splenda, onions, cinnamon
"creamed spinach", spinach reduced in butter then added mozzarella cheese...so good!
Ice Tea

Dessert:
Low carb ice cream sprinkled w/ melted butter and splenda (I know that sounds excessive but I made baked apples drizzled w/ butter, brown sugar and cinnamon w/ ice cream on top, and the smell was to die for, so I improvised a little to pretend I had a little something similar)
Snack:
Diet Lipton Citrus Ice Tea
