Stepped on the scale and I am down a whopping 7lbs from the last time I weighed which was a week ago!!! I'm double checking tomorrow, but tonight, I'll take it! Yeehaw!

Chicken salad w/ ranch (simply grilled chicken w/ lettuce, a couple cucumbers)

Dinner:
Meatballs (pork and hamburger mixed w/parmesan cheese), about a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce
Caprese Salad (mozzeralla cheese, tomato, basil, olive oil)
Blanched spinach in butter w/mozzeralla
