Here we go again! This is my second time on the Atkins plan. I started induction on Monday and I am bound and determined to get to my goal this time. I want to lose 90 pounds total. Reading what everyone has written here really makes me believe that I can. I am just wondering what kind of workout plan I should start. I read somewhere that you should be careful of your workouts during induction. Is this true?Tags: None
