I am just starting this week, actually today is day 4, and I am seeing results already, which is so nice, but it also makes me want to see results even faster. On any other diet if I lost 5 pounds in a week, I'd be thrilled, now I've lost 5 pounds in 3 days and I'm feeling like I wish it was 7. I started exercising this week also, something I always put off if I can. I love how I feel better when dieting and I do, I just don't like eating the same things over and over. I'm trying different recipes and with all the fresh vegetables right now I love having grilled chicken salads just about every day. My son is on a football team that just started up today and there is a half mile path around it so each nite of practice a group of us walk. It is so nice to have a group to walk with. I just have to pray for no rain or that will give me an excuse not to go!
