I really thought one of the hardest things to do would be to give up the late night snacking but I seemed to eat dinner late, after getting home from walking, and I never want a snack at night.

I uped the exercise this week. We're now walking 2 miles instead of 1.5
I really thought one of the hardest things to do would be to give up the late night snacking but I seemed to eat dinner late, after getting home from walking, and I never want a snack at night.

You need to go along with that and it all has a good effect. Losing weight helps one exercise and exercise helps one lose weight. As you do both ... both your exercise and weight loss start helping each other.
