I lost 4 pounds this week. Last week I stayed the same and I was so irritated. So when I got on this morning and it was 4 I was so happy . I'm now at 27 pounds in 9 weeks. We pushed our vacation back by a week so I have 10 more weeks before we go. At the rate I'm going which seems to average 2 pounds a week I can lose 20 more pounds by then. My overall goal was to lose 40 pounds before we went away and I should be between 45 - 50. I've been walking 2 miles 3 nites a week and just about 3 miles on the weekends. I think I'll up it tonite to 2.5 miles 3 nites a week. I can't believe I'm saying that. Normally I'd want to walk less not more, but I'm starting to enjoy it. I'd never say I love exercising but I'm learning not to dread it and look forward to it instead. This is a very good day!
