Yesterday I did 5,000 steps and I did the ball. I was guilty feeling about my other 5,000 steps too! But I lived through it. I will note any possible drops in weightloss and if I slow down any I wll go back to the 10,000 a day and still work in the ball somewhere.
Last night at the grocery store I found something I LOVE. I will only have it once a day but I WILL allow myself my one true food love. I found a flavored Splenda product you put in your coffee. It is so yummy. I still count my 1 carb for it and only have 1 tbsp of heavy cream. But that will be my treat after dinner each evening. I was so satisfied last night I did not even want to snack.
Off to the treadmill!

Good job! Getting burned out on a specific exercise gets me too. I was walking just about every day but I've decided to change things up a bit once in a while so I don't get bored. I used to really get worried if I missed a day of walking or whatever but I promised myself this time around if I didnt' walk/exercise every single day I wouldn't beat myself up about it. I figure every day that I do something physical is better than doing NOTHING at all; which was my former habit. So, now if I don't walk I try to work out in the yard/garden; actively clean house; etc. and that has been just as effective. I'm really glad to hear that you hung in there and didn't let yourself get discouraged and quit altogether; that is wonderful!!!
