I have been in a funk today. I hate to look at the grocery ads! I was just checking out foodlion's and before atkins I would have dashed right out and gotten all those buy one get one free deals! But they were all pasta, ice cream, and cookies!!!!!! UGH!
I am beginning to wonder if it's worth the torture! I started this at 200 now I'm at 188 and I know most of that is water weight. So I just wonder when is the fat going to disappear! Has anyone else gotten so frustrated?
I mean I just want a darn snack for goodness sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The one thing I am most addicted to in life I will never be able to have again!

I keep a bowlful of these in my freezer for those times I want some type of treat. They are 1 carb and since you make them in bite-sized portions they are great for just popping one or two when you feel the need to snack.
