I think a big part of my problem is stressful things going on at home. It just makes me want things for comfort. So to all that pray out there and read this; I'd appreciate a bit of prayer for the things we are gonig through.
I seem to have a slight drop in weightloss. I don't know if it is because I have dropped my evening 5,000 steps or not. I did replace them with the stability ball but I think I will bring back at least 2,500 after dinner or just before to keep the metabolism going. I'll still do the ball. It must be doing something for me. My abs are KILLING me!
