Here I go again starting another week of not weighing every day. It really wasn't so hard last week (the not weighing in). It was the disappointment of only 2 lbs lost that kicked me in the gut.
I think I will drop the weights as part of my workout for this week and see if that makes a difference.
I was really hoping to have reached at least 20 lbs lost by now. :-( But I suppose 18 isn't too bad.
I am happy that my blood pressure has dropped. At least according to the machine at the store. I am going to try another store today to see if it registers a lower blood pressure too.

Don't forget that muscle burns more calories that fat! It takes weeks for the impact of weight lifting to really show the effect, plus when you get to your goal weight you will have muscles to show off!
