Here I go again starting another week of not weighing every day. It really wasn't so hard last week (the not weighing in). It was the disappointment of only 2 lbs lost that kicked me in the gut.

I think I will drop the weights as part of my workout for this week and see if that makes a difference.

I was really hoping to have reached at least 20 lbs lost by now. :-( But I suppose 18 isn't too bad.

I am happy that my blood pressure has dropped. At least according to the machine at the store. I am going to try another store today to see if it registers a lower blood pressure too.
