don't want to be!I know there are times that we will lose inches and not pounds so much. I plan on measuring tomorrow morning. But I don't feel any more inches coming off either. I am still in the XL clothes I have always been in. Albeit they are a bit looser, I can't go down a size. I'm still right where I started on Aug 27th. Wow, that's a dang month tomorrow! And I feel there has been no significant change in me.

let me tell you, you are strong, disciplined, and committed. Your daily carb totals are awesome. Your body can't fight the truth much longer. Your hard work will pay off for you. Hang in there.
If you are working out and building muscle, it will pay off and burn more fat - vary your workouts.
Don't cut the calories, your body will react by thinking you are starving yourself.
And are you getting enough water? I am usually more successful when I increase my water intake.
Stay on track, you body may just be doing some adjusting.
