I have been trying to train to be able to run a 5K without dying. Yesterday I was able to run the whole 3 miles without stopping. Of course that was only on the treadmill so I will have to see about how it goes in the real world. It is harder for me to run on the track at the gym but I love being outdoors. The cold really makes it hard to breath though. I think once I am able to maintain my 3 miles a day on the treadmill without stopping then I will see how the outdoors will go. Of course I am in Georgia so this summer will be a killer too!

Edit: Scales were off I guess, according to the ones at the gym I only lost around 2 lbs. Still showing a 6 lb loss at the ones here at home that I use daily. Hmmmm, don't know which ones to believe. But nevertheless I feel GREAT!
I have GOT to get some new scales here!
