Trying to reread the New Diet Revolution while conducting Induction.

Today we (my wife and I) went caffeine free and pushing harder at the water, with hopes of jump starting the weight loss.

As of this morning I am back down to the starting point and the wife has lost 2 pounds.

We made Induction cheat sheets and laminated them so that we can shop and eat out and still maintain the program.

I've tried to create a ticker 3 or 4 times, can't get the bugger to stick.
