We're back to square 1. I started at 290 and change. Weighed in this morning at 290.2.
I modified my diet...somewhat! This morning I ate 4 strips of bacon.
Lunches have been grilled chicken salads or suitable substitutes.
Dinner has been salads, veggies and meat (chicken, turkey, burger, etc.)
I think I was eating too much protein and fat. I've reduced the protein significantly and cut back on the fat...just a tad.
Still in ketosis, but at least the weight is sarting to drop. We shall see!
